Sea Bird is a brand new villa located in a very privileged position on the west coast of the island, 5klm away from the cosmopolitan village of Batsi. Designed by a very talented architect, it is a fine example of how traditional local architecture blends successfully with the highest of modern standards. Enjoy comfort, privacy and stunning scenery with panoramic sunset views of the Aegean Sea and all these accompanied with the echo of sea birds chasing for food.
The villa, covering a living area of 280 s.m., can accommodate up to 10 guests in spaces that combine comfortability with functionality and it’s laid out in two levels. The upper level consists of an open area which includes a well equipped kitchen, a very comfortable living room and a dining area. Elegant furniture, white fabrics, tastefully chosen artifacts and superior lighting give you a sense of luxury and comfort. The living area opens up to a beautiful veranda, where a shaded dinner table stands. There you can dine al fresco, enjoying the sea views. Provisioned for the windy days, an enclosed veranda next to the kitchen features, besides a comfortable dining table, a built-in bbq and a sink. A spacious master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, plus a guest’s wc complete the level.
An interior staircase leads to the lower level which is also accessible from a separate outside entrance. On this level there are three spacious bedrooms and a sitting room with a sofa suitable for two more guests. Each bedroom is accompanied with a bathroom. A large common area featuring a ping pong table is ideal for kids or for practicing yoga. The level also contains a very useful laundry room with a fridge. All bedrooms have direct access to a stone tiled veranda which constitutes the ideal setting for guests to marvel at the panoramic sea vistas.
Bright flowers and a well-kept garden give color and complete the outside living area while making it a perfect back drop for families and friends. If you are traveling with kids, I cannot think of a better environment to let them free to explore the sparse, yet timeless, Mediterranean vegetation.

We had a fantastic ten-days stay at this stunning house and location !
Best sunsets ever! We were two families of nine persons in total, including five children between 9 and 15, staying there during the month of April. We were all extremely fond of the beautiful, well-equiped house and its surroundings. Beds are great and the kitchen is very well equipped. There are four bathrooms with toilet and shower, and one more separate toilet. One of the five rooms is a walk-through room with sofabed at the bottom of the open stairs connected to the living room. The location is very practical for visiting Andros, in the middle of the south coast, with many stunning walks and beaches. A rental car is highly recommended. The service was very smooth, with both Alfredos and the owner being very kind and helpful. There is a nice cat, however only staying outdoors.

Sea Bird Andros is a beautiful holiday house! It is large, airy, comfortable, clean, everything was in perfect state, functioning and efficient. The rooms are bright, all with a great sea view, we have cherished beautiful sunsets every evening. It is in a quiet and spectacular location. The car is a must - we have rented 4x4WD cars and it was a good idea, because about 800 mts of the road accessing to the house aren't asphalted. Within 5-10 minutes there are beautiful beaches (Chalkolimnionas- Apothikes-Agios Petros etc) but within 30 minutes you can reach other beautiful beaches in other sites of the island (Vitali- Fellos- Tis Grias To Pidima-Achla etc). The house has a rich garden with mediterranean plants, the nights are wonderfully starred and the moon reflects into the sea. A warm and dry wind caresses your skin! The owner is extremely kind, helpful, hospitable and totally cooperative. We had a great time and we recommend this house to everyone looking for a luxurious accommodation, in a quiet and charming site - very romantic!
Beautiful, modern house with stunning views.
Sea Bird is a lovely house to stay in. It is well designed, spacious, comfortable, modern and beautifully presented. We stayed in the house with our children, friends and a grandparent and were all equally comfortable. The house has amazing views and is well equipped. The owners and caretaker are very helpful and friendly but not intrusive. We really enjoyed our stay here.
